Master Archer v1.0

Installation:
    Put 'MasterArcher.dsres' into the directory 'Resources'.

Description:
    Increasing attack speed of archer with his dexterity & ranged skill.

Objective¡G
    The main feature of archer is his high dexterity. It improves nothing but
    accuracy (USELESS!). The damage and speed of ranged attck don't increase
    with str/dex/ranged skill. And there is no bow powerful enough for grand
    archer. That's why i make this mini-mod.
    
    On the other hand, I try to show someway about the speed of attack/movement
    modification. It provides some possibility of mini-mods for dungeoneers.
    
    I modified the speed of ranged attack according to character's dexterity & 
    ranged skill. And dexterity is more effective than ranged skill about 4 
    times.
