Spell mod created by crypt9
This is a pretty basic mod it changes sfx and/or damage value ect.for couple spells
and, makes a couple new templates from some old spells.
Also inclued is a buyspells mod (I didn't make it and can't remember who did to give them credit lol)
With the buy mod you can purchase most of them from any potion dealer and others from higher dealers.

Installation
These mod files are commonly identified by the file extension ".dsres", which denotes a Dungeon Siege Resource. There are several core .dsres files that come with the game:
Logic.dsres
Objects.dsres
Sound.dsres
Terrain.dsres
You can find them in your game installation's Resource folder, which is often found wherever you chose to install the game...usually at the following location on your computer's harddrive (not the CDs!) - C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesDungeon SiegeResources.
Player-created mods should never replace core resource files.
Installing Mods
There are three different, simple ways to install a mod:
place the mod's .dsres file into your Resources directory (same location as the core resource files, as described in the Mods Overview section above)
OR place the mod's .dsres file in a directory you designate as a mods directory (i.e. you've added a mods_path parameter to your Dungeon Siege launch shortcut). Nu has written a little utility called the Mod Standardizer that will create a "Mods" folder in your Dungeon Siege directory and create the appropriate shortcut to launch the game such that it only uses mod files from the Mods directory (in addition to Resources) only.
OR use a mod manager such as WaterSoul's Mod Manager to "install" and/or "activate" the mod.
Exit the game if you had it running during the mod addition. Relaunch the game. If there were no conflicts, the mod will probably be in effect for any new games you begin. It is important to read the included instructions/readme file(s) by the author if you are uncertain of what sort of affect the mod will have on the game.
