Adds staff and sword weapons that are meant to be equipped in the character's shield slot.

Note: 

You have to go to Cryswind then go to the potionshop and talk to the dwarf then he'll drop a whole bunch of duel wielding items.

This is a newer version of the Wield Two Staves mod.
Added some new Staff "shields" and some Sword "shields".
The swords are pointing downwards, this problem can't be solved by
my very limited knowledge. So, try it if you like.
