Makes a number of changes to the GUI (removes a few hardly used icons and adds an exp counter).

  • In multiplayer coop you will get the number of earned XP instead of deaths.
  • On the endgame screen you will get Kills, Deaths and XP
  • On endgame screen I activated the timeline (haven't got a clue what it is good for ;)
  • Did remove the icons for drink mana/health (didn't use them a single time)
  • Removed the useless semitransparent bar at the bottom of the screen (really makes the world look bigger)
  • Added credits information on the start screen ;)

NiceUIMod Dungeon Siege Mod (c) 2002 by Foxfire Hi, this is my first Mod for Dungeon Siege - probably the first ever ;) Doesn't do much though, just some VERY little things I did not like or have been missing myself. Changes: - In multiplayer coop you will get the number of earned XP instead of deaths. - On the endgame screen you will get Kills, Deaths and XP - On endgame screen I activated the timeline (haven't got a clue what it is good for ;) - Did remove the icons for drink mana/health (didn't use them a single time) - Removed the useless semitransparent bar at the bottom of the screen (really makes the world look bigger) - Added credits information on the start screen ;) Installation: To "install" just copy the NiceUIMod.dsres file into your Dungeon Siege/Resources directory. To "uninstall" delete it (the file, not the directory). As the 'Mod' does not change any game-logic I assume using it would not be ranked cheating. Should not contain bugs (hope so), but I didn't try too much in Multiplayer though. By the way - I just didn't find any intelligent name for a mod like this, so please no comments about that. Provided as is (that means I'm not liable if your computer blows up when using this thing).
