New Loading Screens 2.0

What this does:
-adds a new loading screen (7 to choose from)

How to install
-Pick the load screen you want
--put the corresponding .dsres in your dungeon seige/resource folder
--IE: if you pick L_newloading_2, put L_newloading_2.dsres in there
