What it does:

Outrageous chicken and Gom drops.
Summons maljin and robots. Spells can be bought at most blacksmiths. (Many thanks to Black Demon)
Increases difficulty of elite hard by x4. Easy and normal are unchanged.
Cyclone of fire rendered useless. In contrast, many nature spells are enhanced (chain lightning, storm, etc.) Leech life spell is finally worth using.
Some armor and weapon enhancements. Check the monster's drops to find out what they are.
Eliminates tutorial tips.
New death messages.
